ApplePay Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") strives to provide seamless credit card to bank transfer services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing transaction cancellations and refunds.

2. Transaction Processing & Cancellation

Once a credit card transfer transaction is successfully authorized with the issuing bank and completed, it cannot be cancelled as funds are instantly transferred to the beneficiary bank account.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical failure resulting in duplicate debit from the user's credit card.
• Transaction aborted or declined by the banking network after amount deduction.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to the original source credit card within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the card-issuing bank's processing cycles.
